Whether you have identified your own lot or are looking in one of our existing communities to build your dream home on, we can help you realize your goals. Ironwood Builders will work with you every step of the way through design and budgeting, all the way to handing you the keys to your new home.

Often clients will come to Ironwood Builders with a plan already designed for which we can provide a comprehensive price. For clients with a vision but no plan, then we can introduce you to a qualified designer with whom we can work together to get your ideas and plan onto paper. During this process we will typically meet on the lot to be sure that we are designing a home that is appropriate for the grades on the lot, the location and types of municipal services available, and site drainage. Our experience also comes into play when working with our customers and designer so as to ensure designs are being drafted that work within the clients budgets and at the same time meeting their goals. Once the plan is complete and finishes are discussed, we provide our customers with a detailed quotation which will outline the final product.

Building a custom home allows the customer to build a living environment that is tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Through our hands on building process, clients will meet onsite with the builder and our stable of knowledgeable subcontractors and suppliers to plan for even the smallest details, such as where locate cabling for your entertainment systems and customized lighting options for your kitchens and bathrooms.
